Menu Overhanging the (Kadence) slider from the home page

Hi all,
How do I overcome this ugliness? Also, related to this one, how do I remove that big space between the two row of the menu?
You will find images to explain better using the link above and the images are in the slider in the home page… After resolution, I will remove them, of course.
