Missing Content after theme update

Hi there,
I have just updated my Pinnacle theme to the latest version (I have a child theme active) and it seems to have broken my home page and shop page completely. I can’t see any products or any styling. Even the logo doesn’t appear correctly on the home page but it seems ok on the shop page.
Please could you advise?
