missing tabs in menus section

Hello,
We have 2 sites both running the Virtue Premium theme and both using Woocommerce. On one site when I go to Appearance > Menus it shows the product categories, slider, product tags and woocommerce endpoint where I can select what I need and add it to the menu.
The other site has none of these and is restricted to Pages, custom links and categories.
Is there a setting I’m missing for this or is there something wrong? I can provide access if required.
