Mobile navigation won’t stay open

I have tried three different phones and when I click on the mobile navigation it just flashes open and closes. On one phone I don’t even see it try to open. It looks good in Customizing. I have tried changing the settings, clearing browsing history, and incognito mode, but nothing is working.
