Mobile Pagination for Related Products

Hi-
I’d like to add pagination dots underneath the Related Products section on my site on mobile (site is *Login to see link ; try *Login to see link to see what I mean).
I tried setting pagination to “true” in vitrue_premium > woocommerce > single-product > related.php, but it didn’t seem to do anything.
Any help would be much appreciated!
