Mobile Sales application for Sales Agents in WP Virtue

Can anyone advise me what I can do (or which plugin) to use for my websites: Virtue premium *Login to see link and Pinnacle *Login to see link
My commission-only agents are now starting with selling with their i-pad (previously with catalogs only) Everything like stock control sales and payments by customers is working good and I want to keep the stock and display etc. all how it is now in these websites. (Not like Fieldfolio)

1) But want to implement (plugin ?) that commission agents can order with their i-pad and that only good existing customers can pay the next month, instead of upfront how it is now. Most of my customers pay the next month. At the moment to achieve that, after placing the order, we cancel the order just before the payment. So, the order is then registered on both sides (the purchaser and at our side). So, is there a plugin that does these things? Also, basically, the order is as it were cancelled, which is not a good practice.

2) Also I want the ability for the agents to see on their i-pad their placed orders without making them an administrator, where the commission can be derived for the Agent, so that they also have some control on their activities. I have Swipe as payment system.

Hopefully that there is a ready made plugin for this solution?
Any help would be very appreciated.
