mobile topbar logo

The site I’m building needs a logo in the topbar, and a different logo in the main header. No problem on the desktop because I can use a topbar widget and get it all worked out fine, but for mobile I’m stuck.
I can make an icon topbar on mobile, and I can turn my logo into an icon. However, I’m not able to position the logo on the left, or change the color, font or size of the “title” next to the logo.
It looks like I’d either need to customize the mobile icon topbar, or customize the theme to include a mobile topbar like the one on the full site. I’m thinking that if I had the CSS to plug in for the mobile icon topbar that might be easier. Can you tell me how I could align left the logo and title, and specify the font, size, and color for the title there?
