Modifications header menu and footer

Hi,
I need to make some modifications:
1)Increase the size of the main menu font. I used the admin menu and css code but i can’t change it.
2) I need to have the same space between menu items because of the hover effect ( items: “laboratorial”, “hottes”, “hospitalar”, “escolar”, “dentária” – all same size )
3) I need to make all the footer info (widgets, search, and social) smaller.
