Modify fields of testimonials form

Hello Again Virtue Team!
I feel silly asking this question, but I can’t find a way to modify the fields of the testimonials form. I used the short code to add the testimonial Form and then I clicked on “location”; but I need to do the following:
1- Remove “Optional” from the location field
2- Reorder the input fields and have “Location” after the “Name” input field.
