Mosaic Image Menu

I’m trying to make an image menu like this: *Login to see link IS there a way we can with the Pinnacle Theme? Ive tried adding the pinnacle images/image menu to rows, however, i’m restricted.to a simple layout where I can not split the column below differently to the above. I’m left to add another row container and then it all gets messy.
