Moving Website from One Host to another & License

Hi,
I need to move my Website (www.starshiptrooper.co.uk) from its current webhost to another, but I’m concerned that once I hand over my logins the Licence details may be used by the person I’m asking to move the website for their own purposes, I would move it myself, but I’m quite new to that aspect, please advise. thank you.
