My settings have disappeared…

All theme colors, background image, font sizes, shop settings, and advance settings have disappeared on my website. (I have put some of them back) I do have a copy of what I had in my advance settings saved in a word doc. Is there any way get my settings back… Maybe by re-installing a backup…? This has never happened before…
Menus are intact. but the fonts are very small.
