My subscription

On March 11, 2019 I purchased a yearly membership (Order #219265 and Subscription #219272).
Then on November 27, 2019 I upped to a Lifetime Subscription (Order # #242690). But that Lifetime Subscription order isn’t reflected as my subscription. I’m only seeing the yearly subscription as a “Subscription.” Can you folks take a look at that and make sure the Lifetime Subscription I purchased is actually the subscription that is active in my account?
