Nav menu in between mobile and desktop

Hello I am happy with my menu when on mobile and when full screen desktop however when resizing the browser there is a mid point where my desktop menu disappears and the logo goes massive. I would like to keep the desktop going until the 767 pixel point where my 3rd party mobile nav plugin takes over.
