Need 7 column advance row layout

I know that currently the advanced row block allow for a maximum of 6 horizontal columns but I have a layout for a client that needs 7. Is there a way to force 7 columns with CSS or some other way? I tried to place a 6 column row block next to a 1 column block but that won’t work either. Very frustrating to have this limit built in.
I don’t usually get responses in the forums for my questions but I’m hoping this is the exception as it’s important to my client that I solve this problem.
