No Page Builder and Slider appearing as short code on home page

Hello,
Here is the site I am working on: *Login to see link
I am following this Creating a Home Page with Virtue Premium tutorial video and around min 8 it showing a third button on the top of the WYSIWYG editor: PAGE BUILDER.
I do not have it
Also on the home page, in stead of having the slider I get the shortcode [kadence_slider_pro id=”select”]
I only installed the WPML plugin and disabled it at the moment in case this would be the cause of the issue but no change.
