No Transparency for Headers other than home page

Have an issue with header transparency. The home page works just fine but I’m having trouble with the other pages. I’ve run out of switches to flip. Here is what i have done so far:

Transparent Header Options
Enable Transparent header until scrolled by default? is on and select transparency is 0

Default Title Options
Header Title Default Background, Transparent is checked

Advance Styling
Header Background Style is Simple
Header Background Color is white
If background is color, select Transparency is 0

Finally, on the individual pages Transparent Header is set for “True” Have a look
