On-going issue with hyperlink styling

Hi
I’ve encountered this scenario before and have still not come up with the answer:
In certain instances hyperlinks are not underlined when I would expect them to be.
I will provide a link in a private reply and would be grateful if you could look to see if I am missing anything.
