Over typed product names

Hi
On my drop down menu under ‘online shopping’ there are only 12 products but I have 14 products, how do I get them all on one page?
Under ‘corporate gifts’ the products are not in any order, how can I put them into some kind of order? For instance I would like the clear top boxes next to each other and the white boxes next to each other etc and then I would like to organize them by price?
Also, (not sure if you can help me with this) but under products in the dashboard, the titles of each product are over typed on each other (double layer). Can you help me fix this or do I have to go to Woocommerce?
