Page builder tab does not display

I upgraded to Virtue Premium, and tried to use page builder at home page. When I go to the page, page builder tab doesn’t show up. I can see only [visual] and [text] tabs.
My environment is as follow,
WordPress 4.9.7 running Virtue – Premium theme.
- The forum ‘Virtue Theme’ is closed to new topics and replies.
