Password Chage in Account Details

Hi,
In My Account -> Account details, I want to do the following
a. Hide Password Change fields (I use woocom social login and there is no separate login id/password for my site & hence I do not want to have password change option)
b. I want to make e-mail address non editable
Is the above possible? If yes, how?
