Pattern Hub Pages 404 Error

Hi. I’ve created several patterns within my Pattern Hub but when I attempt to view them I get a 404 error. This also is preventing the thumbnails from generating and the images from importing into new sites.
I’ve used the pattern hub successfully from another (source) website before – but it’s not working on this new site for some reason.
Any ideas?
