Payment received without customer registration

Hi Ben,
I got my very first customer yesterday. It’s really odd, as the customer made a payment by using PayPal, but he didn’t leave address. I don’t understand how he went through checkout. May be he registered, but the website didn’t notify me. Can you let me know what’s problem.
