Pinnacle logo and menu problem

Dear Kadence,
For our renewed website, we are considering to switch from Virtue to Pinnacle. It is beautiful with images/sliders behind the logo and menu .. huge fan of it!
We would like our logo on top and then when shrinking an alternative logo on the left side. I have managed that in Virtue but cannot be able to arrange it here. Also the logo does not seem to be centered at all and the menu does not line out properly ..
Are there any known issues here?
Can you help? I can make a login and send a link since the site is not live yet.
