Pinnacle Theme/Gallery

I am on WordPress 4.6 and Pinnacle Premium 1.7.5 and noticed a couple of issues.
1) The pinnacle gallery is not allowing me to “drag and drop to reorder media files” after adding them to the gallery.
2) Since I was having an issue with this I tried installing 2 or 3 different photo gallery plugins and noticed that when I select a photo it comes up in it’s lightbox but then a pinnacle theme lightbox comes up behind the plugin lightbox.
Any ideas to fix either issue, the biggest thing I need from this right now is to have the ability to reorder the images
