Placement of Table of Contents Block Before First H2 tag

I have TOC block on my website http://www.beekeepingfornewbies.com. Right now the TOC is placed Before Entry Content. I would like to place it above the first H2 tag so it appears after the intro section.
I understand this may be available in a future update. However, I have Code Snippets plugin and have tried various iterations without success.
Is it possible to get a code snippet here until the feature is included in an update? Thanks.
