Portfolio 404 Errors

Google is reporting a great deal of Soft 404 errors from my site that seem to be coming from my portfolio pages. Essentially for some reason google is getting told the External website links I am putting on the page should also be added to an additional url. For example
http://www.grayscale-productions.co.uk/portfolio/dim-t-dim-sum/ is the page and it has a visible link to http://www.dimt.co.uk but google then thinks there should be a link called

I dont think this is a a portfolio page problem directly but perhaps something like my schema is messing with it or something?
