Portfolio Grid/Carousel block Date Range

Hi,
I need to define “new products” as products with a creation date of under 30 days.
It looks like Portfolio Grid/Carousel block is close using the “sort from new to old”, but I can’t see a way to set a 30 day limit.
Is there a way or some code I can add to the block to do this?
If no to both, is there another plugin that you recommend to do this?
Can this feature be added to Portfolio Grid/Carousel block?
