Portfolio H5 Tag to H4 AND Blog Entries ‘Read More’ expand?

Thanks for all previous support.
1) Portfolio Tag – How can I change the H5 Heading Tag on the Portfolio headings for an H4 Tag? *Login to see link
2) Blog Entries – can I add to the ‘Read More’ link at the bottom of each Post to reflect the Post content e.g. ‘Read More about Business Branding’?
