Portfolio Post Bottom Carousel only show 8 items

Hello,
I am using the bottom carousel option from the theme options to show the Portfolio Carousel at the bottom of each single Portfolio page. It only shows 8 portfolios, and I can’t find where to change that setting. I would like the carousel to scroll though all the other Portfolio items.
