Primary Nav Menu Bar Second Line Space

Hello,
I can’t figure out what happened….. My primary nav menu is continuing on a second line, but the space between the lines is like 1.5 inches instead of just appearing below.

Also, is there any way to center the two menu lines with the logo on the left – so the logo and the two menu items are evened up and the same height?
