Problem when re-installing Ascend Premium

Our customer was using the Ascend Premium theme. He then switched to a different theme deleted Ascend Premium.
We have re-installed Ascend Premium. When using different themes, the site behaves correctly. When switching to Ascend Premium. We see hundreds of PHP warning messages like those listed below. These warnings are serious enough to prevent the site from displaying correctly:
