Problem with create variable products

Hello,
I have create an eshop and I try to create variable products without success.
When I go to variable and choose “Create variations from all attributes” and press button “Go”

The wordpress loader non stop

When refresh my page, only one variations has created but isn’t editable. Expand link not work.

I can’t see any error in console and apache logs!
Do you have any idea where is the problem?
