problem with siteorigin features widget

I’ll die a happy person if I ever understand the mystery of why things suddenly stop working! I have some code showing up in the upper right of my home page, and it must be related to the siteorigin features widget. I’ve tried reinstalling the widget, but no improvement.
Any ideas?
