Problem with staff posts

Hi,
I have shortcode like this:
[staff_posts orderby=title order=”ASC” columns=4 items=99 height=200 link=false content=full filter=true]
but somehow staff is not in alphabetical order because I use 3 different categories in them. So shortcode puts first one category in alphabethical order, then 2. one and so one.
How to fix this?
