problems with multilanguage site

Hallo!
I use wpml to translate my site *Login to see link to spanish.
There are some problems:
– I use the theme options to put a kadence slider on homepage. The sliders have some product description. If I change the language how can transalte the slider?
– i have to translate the tagline under the logo.
If i switch language from wordpress admin panel the theme option doesn’t chance. If i write a tagline it remain the same in both languages.
Can you help me?
