Problems with orders, invoicing and getting auto marked complete

A couple issues all started up simultaneously on my site that I have never had before. I assume they are somehow interrelated.
1) When an order comes in, it is automatically marked complete the second it comes in.
2) none of the prices are showing on my the page for that order. the items are there but with prices as zero. Subtotals and Totals are also zero, but they are indeed being charged.
3) The invoices are printing with no details on them
4) I am missing the “print shipping label” from the order page as well. It seems to be there on orders that came in after this problem started.
I don’t know where to start as its more of a complicated issue than I usually have. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
