Problems with Title Images on Product Category Pages

I’ve found two problems with the Product Category edit page when I add a full width image to the description area.
1. When I scroll on the product category page the title image fades as I scroll. (the class is “page-title” and opacity just decrements with each scroll). I dont want this to happen because it doesnt look right and I’m sure its a bug.

2. When using a full width title image, in this case 1140px wide which is the width of my content area, the breadcrumbs links dont play nice with the with image and drop down from above the image to overlaying the image. (This problem disappears on the mobile screen view)
Also, I’d like to be able to not display the product category title text for a product category page, without making the entire title area disappear (ie the title image and the breadcrumbs.)
