Problems with Transparent Header

Having trouble with the sizing on the transparent header across the entire site. I only have content on the ‘top’ and ‘middle’ row, and all padding is adjusted to the smallest settings.
I’ve input the following code into custom CSS settings, but have not had luck.
.entry-content-wrap {
padding: 0;
}
