Product Carousel Erratic Behaviour

Hi,

I am trying to accomplish a ver simple design for the product carousel but I am losing a lot of time trying to set it up in kadence and it’s almost impossible. I made a video so it’s easier for you to see what’s going on: *Login to see link

But I just want to do something very simple, get rid of the background and add a nice border around the item (like screenshot provided of what I want to do vs what i get, ignore the red border it’s just so it is more obvious where the problem is) and it seems impossible, maybe you can point towards what am I doing wrong.

Would this be easier combining kadence with something like elementor?

Would appreciate your thoughts on how I could accomplish this.
