Product Loop image sizes

Hi,

The images showing on my categories page are poor quality. I think they are being upscaled by the browser from small versions rather than the other way around.

I have looked in the Product Loop settings in Elementor but can’t work out any way of configuring image sizes.

What can I do to resolve this?
