product page loads to footer in certain browsers

Just went live on our site and a friend says the store product pages load to the footer on Mac OS as well as on her windows 7 with FF, IE, Chrome. She states it loads to top of page in IE only.
We have Windows 8 Firefox and Chrome showing just fine, also have Linux FF/Iceweasle and Chrome showing fine as well.
