Product Thumbnails Doubled in WooCommerce Blocks/Pages

I’ve been setting up the Ascend Theme on my website, and everywhere product thumbnails are shown, there are two images.
You can see the issue at *Login to see link and scroll down to the products (after the categories).
I notice the two images have different classes, but unsure how to fix this.
