Products and shop pages removed (but not completely removed)

Hey Ben
When I started the Blog I had no products to sell and removed those pages (not realizing they are not removed).
1) I’ve noticed that on the report (see the 2 print screens below). Is there any way I can remove them completely or what do you suggest?
2) Another problem is I had Travel gear products on my site which I removed as I had very little time last year to attend to the site. Amazon canceled my contract so I had to removed the products. But now I’ve noticed on google analytics report that people still search for some of the products (so they must be somewhere)?
Can you perhaps direct me what to do?
