Products – Read More vs Select Options

Just a quick question… I understand why product listings state either Buy or Read More or Select Options depending on whether they are off sale or single products or have variations. However, I have products that all have variations and some state Read More and some Select Options. Any thoughts on how I can get all of them to state Select Options?
