Questions About Menu Formatting

Hi there, Kadence team!
I have a client whom I have convinced to use Kadence Themes / WordPress for her site. I am trying to replicate as much as possible the layout that was designed for her in Photoshop but there are obviously challenges with this.
One thing I would like to do is create a menu structure she is happy with.

Is it possible to create the two rows of menu items in a way where “everything stays in its own row” even on mobile and any other size screen?
If not, I am trying to move the main menu to the top nav bar, and then have the three “gallbladder” items in the main menu to the right of the logo. I am wondering whether it is possible to center the top navigation menu and where I change the font / color settings for the top nav menu.
