reCaptcha This Field is Required error after validated by reCaptca in a default

Succesful reCaptcha validation returns “This Field is Required” error after validated by reCaptca.
This occurs in a default contact WPForm. Suggestions are along the lines that another thread is invoking reCaptcha, maybe elsewhere in the Theme so I have disabled reCaptcha every where in in settings-> reCaptcha
I would like to reinstall WPForms but when I do it has remebered all my configuration and probably any forms I created. Also I switched on ‘No Conflict’ mode.
How can I really uninstall WPforms.
