recent posts thumbnails too small

Hi,
As you can see on the url *Login to see link the recent post thumbnails are very very small, is their any way that i can make it quit big, at least to show the details on the featured image of the post. do i have to add css to make it big or is their any plugin that i have to use? thank you in-advance for your support.
