Remove Menu Selection

Hello, one of my primary menu options (services) has 3 submenu options (art, drumming, facilitations). Is it possible to remove the link from the “services” button (and remove the page entirely) so that visitors will have to select one of the 3 options from the submenu? Or is the only possibility to make a landing page for services that can from there send visitors to the other sub-pages?
