Replicate Homepage Carousel Slider on Interior Page?

I’m trying to create a splash page. On my dev site, I was able to achieve the look I wanted with the Homepage Slider. The problem is, I am trying to do this on a regular page, not the homepage. Is there anyway to achieve this?
